Your Profile: As a fully qualified lawyer with both state law exams, you have at least 5-7 years of professional experience in a renowned law firm and/or in the legal department of an internationally operating commercial enterprise, and you possess sound knowledge of corporate law and contract law.Your confident demeanor, analytical thinking, and conceptual strength drive you to think outside the box, understand economic contexts, and find innovative solutions.You enjoy applying your structured and proactive work style daily, combining legal diligence with commercial decisions.You are fluent in negotiation and contract-level German and English.
Your profile Successfully completed business studies (BA, Master) with a strong focus in accounting Working experience in general accounting preferred in an industrial environment or Big Four accounting firm Experience in (supporting the) preparation of annual statutory accounts and external audit Good knowledge of Dutch VAT and Corporate Tax Good understanding of Dutch Payroll and local requirements Experienced in handling confidential/sensitive data Very good Dutch GAAP and IFRS knowledge Strong analytical & numerical skills Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
